1 General Provisions and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 7pp7 platform and all its services ("Services"). By accessing the 7pp7 website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

7pp7 operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms may change from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

• A single person holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination, and any deposited funds may be forfeited. 7pp7 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party or sharing your account is prohibited. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify 7pp7 support immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 7pp7 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). All deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. 7pp7 reserves the right to verify any deposit if needed.

Please use the correct payment reference number when making a deposit. 7pp7 will not be responsible for any delays caused by an incorrect reference.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Processing may be delayed until the withdrawal amount is verified.
• Withdrawals cannot be made if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• 7pp7 reserves the right to set withdrawal limits if needed.

3.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Generally no transaction fees apply, however payment providers may charge their own fees which are beyond 7pp7's control.

4 Bonus and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds.

For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 (10x × ৳1,000) before making a withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period and will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• 7pp7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same device is prohibited.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

5.1 Game Rules

Each game on 7pp7 has its own rules, and it is your responsibility to read the relevant game rules before playing. If any technical error occurs in the game software or a system failure takes place, that session may be considered void.

5.2 Fair Play Policy

7pp7 is committed to ensuring fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited and accounts will be terminated if detected:

• Playing using any bot or automated software.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or bug for an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence outcomes.
• Participating in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.

5.3 Betting Limits

7pp7 reserves the right to set betting limits for each game and each account. These limits are set in accordance with user experience and responsible gaming policy.

6 VIP Program and Rewards Policy

7pp7's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Your progress through VIP tiers depends on your regular activity and betting history. Stay regularly active to move to a higher tier. Cashback is generally paid out every week.

7pp7 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time. Account holders will be notified in advance of any changes.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

7pp7 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming should be a recreational activity, not a source of addiction. For this reason:

• Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
• There is an option to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account if needed.

10 Limitation of Liability

• If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• If loss occurs due to a problem with the user's own device or software.
• If loss occurs as a result of the user granting a third party access to their account.

7pp7's total liability shall in no case exceed the total amount deposited by you during the relevant period.

11 Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Any dispute between 7pp7 and a user will first be resolved through discussion. If you have a complaint, contact us through the support channel and we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be settled through mediation mutually agreed upon by both parties. These Terms are governed by the established principles and standards of the international online gaming industry.

12 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 7pp7 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 7pp7 and is protected by copyright. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without the written permission of 7pp7.

13 Changes to Terms and Notification

7pp7 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent in advance to the registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered as acceptance of the new Terms.
